There’s not a whole lot more able to influence our actions and lives than our thought-life. What does God have to say about our thoughts? Do they matter? Are there healthy thoughts that can somehow redirect the trajectory of our lives in a godly direction? And what do we do when negative thoughts creep in? How can we shift the runaway train of unhealthy thoughts back the other way?
